Jezebel and the Bipolar Dragon

Jezebel had to admit to herself she was glad to be out of the minotaur’s armpits. She never realized just how much like a goat a minotaur could smell. But she had not gotten what she had wanted. She wanted that spell and she was bound and determined to find it. So even though the minotaur had seemed polite, she had to be firm with him.

She had left the minotaur and the dragon standing at the edge of the clearing and was now making her way back into the cabin. She had seen what she was looking for as she was bounced out of the room by the minotaur. It was on a bookshelf near the door, and she would have it.

Jezebel pushed open the cottage door and stepped into the shambles of the living room. There to her left was her destination, an old rotting bookshelf with a very beautiful treasure upon it. It was her book, the shiny white book with the silver stars and the words in big bold letters: SPELLS TO MAKE YOU BEAUTIFUL.

She walked to the bookshelf, grabbed the long, sought-after book, and trotted gleefully out of the cabin and back to the clearing.

Finally, she had succeeded. The two adventurers (and maybe even the minotaur if she was feeling nice) would be beautiful!
